Denise Marie Donahue, M.D.

Dr. Denise Donahue is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with extensive experience in orthopedics, occupational medicine, and surgical first assistance. She is dedicated to providing thorough, compassionate care and has spent her career helping patients return to safe, active, and pain-free lifestyles.

Dr. Donahue completed both her undergraduate and medical education at Temple University in Philadelphia, earning her Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Medicine degrees. She went on to complete her surgical internship and orthopedic surgery residency at George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D.C., gaining comprehensive training in general surgery and advanced orthopedic care.

Throughout her career, Dr. Donahue has served patients across Pennsylvania in both urgent care and orthopedic clinical settings. She spent several years practicing ambulatory and occupational medicine before joining Orthopedic Associates of Reading, where she provided orthopedic office care and served as a surgical first assistant.

Dr. Donahue is certified as a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners and is licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania. She brings decades of experience, attention to detail, and a warm, patient-centered approach to every individual she cares for.

In her free time, Dr. Donahue enjoys staying active and involved in the local community.
