Learn to Play Pickleball Event

You and a guest are invited to join us for a fun, FREE, Learn To Play pickleball event hosted by Berks Ortho and Freedom Therapies at the West Reading Pickleball court! Guests are invited to arrive around 2:45 PM for a 3 PM event start time. We'll start with instruction from the West Reading Pickleball Association team, followed by an optional round-robin style tournament to showcase your new skills! If you'd prefer to skip the tournament, feel free to stick around and play one-on-one or just to watch and mingle. The event will end at 5 PM.

SPACE IS LIMITED AND REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE PARTICIPATION ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT IF YOU ARRIVE AND ARE NOT REGISTERED IN ADVANCE THROUGH THE FORM TO THE RIGHT.

TIME: 3 to 5 p.m. (arrive any time after 2:45 p.m.)

INFO: There is no cost to attend this event. Friends/pickleball partners are optional but if you’d like to bring one, please register them as well!

EQUIPMENT: If you have pickleball paddles, please bring them along. Otherwise, we will have some on-hand. Balls will be provided. If you have court shoes, they are better and safer than running shoes with the movement you do on the court. If you are just playing this one time, it's not necessary to invest in court shoes. Please wear comfortable clothing and consider sunglasses for eye protection. Additionally, hats and visors help with the sun.
